Cosmoswin Refund Policy

As a general rule, transactions relating to gambling services that have already been used, including deposits that have been wagered, are not refundable.

A refund may, however, be issued where required by applicable law or regulation, or where Cosmoswin determines that a refund is appropriate due to exceptional circumstances.

If a change in applicable law, regulation, licensing requirements, or jurisdictional restrictions prevents Cosmoswin from continuing to provide its Services to you, any remaining eligible funds in your account will be returned to you, subject to applicable KYC, AML/CFT, payment, and regulatory requirements.

Any other refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis having regard to the circumstances of the request, the Terms of Service, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Where a refund is approved, Cosmoswin will generally return the funds to the payment method from which they originated. Where this is not possible, an alternative payment method held in your name may be used following the necessary verification and compliance checks.

Refund requests should be submitted to Cosmoswin Customer Support within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction, where reasonably possible.
