Final Enterprises N.V. (the Company) is committed to a safe, transparent and fair gaming environment in which gambling remains entertainment and not a source of harm. This policy applies to the Company retail-facing online gaming operations and is designed to protect minors and other vulnerable persons, provide effective player-control tools, monitor and respond to indicators of gambling-related harm, and meet applicable Curaçao Gaming Authority requirements under the LOK. The Company will not offer credit to players for wagering.
The Company will appoint a suitably qualified Responsible Gaming lead. Until a dedicated role is appointed, a Compliance Officer other than the AML/CFT officer will oversee implementation and enforcement. The person responsible will report to management at least once every 12 months on policy effectiveness, operational performance and recommended improvements. Material policy changes will be reported to the CGA, and the current policy will be uploaded to the CGA portal for evaluation.
How to Play Responsibly
Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. Most customers play responsibly, but for some it can be harder to stay in control.
To keep gambling safe, always remember:
Play in moderation and only with money you can afford to lose.
Don’t chase losses, accept them as part of the game.
Keep track of your time and spending.
Use our tools such as deposit limits, cooling-off, or self-exclusion if you feel you need a break.
Take a self-assessment test, such as Gamblers Anonymous “20 Questions” test. gamblersanonymous.org/20-questions/
If you are concerned about your gambling habits, please see the “Help and Support Services” section of our Responsible Gambling Policy.
Deposit Limits
Customers may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on total deposits. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the relevant period is reset. A request that makes a limit more restrictive takes effect immediately; a request that makes a limit less restrictive is subject to a minimum 24-hour waiting period. Wagers placed before the limit takes effect remain unaffected.
This tool is designed to help customers manage their spending and ensure gambling remains within safe, affordable limits.
Deposit limits and all mandatory Responsible Gaming tools will be directly accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of the website or app. Customers may also contact Customer Support through the registered email address at Helpdesk@cosmoswin.com or via chat for assistance; support contact must not delay or complicate activation.
Reality check
We provide a Reality Check feature designed to help players remain aware of the amount of time they spend gambling during a session and encourage regular consideration of their gambling activity.
Players can activate the Reality Check feature through the Responsible Gambling settings within their user account and select their preferred Reality Check interval from the options available.
Once activated, a countdown timer remains visible while the player is gambling, showing the time remaining until the selected Reality Check interval is reached.
When the selected interval expires, the player will receive a Reality Check prompt encouraging them to pause and consider the amount of time they have spent gambling and whether they wish to continue playing or take a break.
Players may adjust their Reality Check interval through the Responsible Gambling settings within their user account.
Cooling-Off
The cooling-off tool allows customers to take a temporary break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months. This period is chosen and set by the customer and is designed to provide time to step back, regain control, and return to play responsibly when ready.
Cooling-off takes effect immediately. Wagering and deposits are disabled for the selected period, while the account remains active and funds remain available for withdrawal. The player may select 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months and must be offered a marketing opt-out; no bonus, free play or incentive may be offered during the break. Selection boxes must not be pre-checked, the operator must not question or influence the decision, and the account will reactivate automatically when the period expires. In exceptional cases, a request made by email or chat must be applied within 24 hours.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a long-term measure that is activated by the customer for those who feel they need to stop gambling completely.
Players may activate Self-Exclusion through the Responsible Gambling settings within their user account. The following Self-Exclusion periods are available: 1 year, 5 years, Lifetime. The process must be initiated and completed fully online without operator approval, take effect immediately, cover all gambling verticals and all brands and domains operated under the Company's licence, and automatically suppress all direct marketing. The exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period. The Company will use robust measures to identify duplicate accounts and, where permitted, block known payment methods to prevent circumvention.
During self-exclusion, the account is closed and the player cannot log in. The Company will consider applicable civil law and AML/CFT requirements when dealing with balances, ante-post wagers and refunds. Any in-progress tournament must be completed, but no new gambling may begin. No Responsible Gaming measure may be used to prevent or delay a legitimate withdrawal.
After the selected self-exclusion period has expired, reactivation may occur only after the player submits an unprompted written request by email or chat through an official customer-support channel. The
Company will not initiate reactivation or recommence communications to prompt the request. Records of excluded players and related actions will be retained in accordance with applicable retention requirements.
This safeguard reflects the Company’s strong commitment to protecting customer wellbeing and ensuring responsible play.

Preventing Underage Gambling
The Company prohibits anyone under 18 from registering or gambling. Registration requires date-of-birth entry, an over-18 confirmation that is not pre-selected, and additional checks sufficient to establish that the player is not a minor. A valid government-issued identity document will be verified at applicable KYC thresholds and in every case before the first withdrawal; electronic, payment, database or selfie checks may supplement but not replace that document. If a player is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately, the reason communicated, and deposits and winnings handled in accordance with applicable civil law. Verification processes and outcomes will be recorded and made available for regulatory review.
We also encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in preventing underage gambling. To help protect minors, we recommend:
Keeping your account details, passwords, and payment information secure.
Not leaving devices logged into gambling sites unattended.
Using internet filtering and blocking software to restrict access to gambling websites.
Some useful tools include:
BetBlocker – Free app to block gambling sites. www.betblocker.org
GamBlock – Software to restrict gambling access. www.gamblock.com
Gamban – App to block gambling sites and apps across devices. www.gamban.com
These measures can provide an additional safeguard to ensure that gambling remains an activity only for responsible adults.
Protective Measures
The Company will actively monitor players’ behaviour using trained frontline staff and, where appropriate, platform, AI or machine-learning tools. Relevant indicators include sudden changes in deposits, wagers or session duration; repeated failed payments; reversed withdrawals; unusually frequent support or bonus requests; repeated changes to Responsible Gaming tools; maxed credit cards; and attempts to open multiple accounts. A single indicator will not automatically determine risk; the overall pattern and context will be assessed.
The Company will maintain risk-based player profiles and a documented escalation process. Indicators, assessments, all player or operator-initiated Responsible Gaming interactions, and actions taken will be recorded in the player account management system. Interventions may include information about available tools, direct contact by trained staff, mandatory deposit limits, temporary suspension, or permanent operator-initiated exclusion for severe or persistent risk. Operator exclusions will be formally documented and retained for at least five years and will never be based solely on the amount won.
Player Information and Accessibility
The Company will maintain a clearly identifiable Responsible Gaming section, available in English and the language of each target market, with English prevailing if versions differ. It will explain gambling risks, provide direct access to self-assessment, deposit limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion and other tools, and state how to contact the Company by email or chat. A clear link will appear on the homepage and in the Terms and Conditions, which must be no more than one click from the homepage. The homepage footer will display the 18+ prohibition, licence holder name and registered address, CGA licence number, CGA oversight statement, CGA digital seal, a link to the Responsible Gaming section, and direct access to appropriate international and target-market support resources.
Player History and Self-Assessment
Players may access detailed, timestamped betting and wagering history for at least the previous six months through their account. A request for an older period will be fulfilled within 10 working days unless the CGA grants an extension. The Company will provide an accessible self-assessment tool and recommend that any player identify signs of harmful play review and use the available Responsible Gaming tools and support services.
Training and Staff Readiness
Customer Support, Responsible Gaming, VIP and Marketing personnel will receive role-appropriate training before performing relevant duties and periodic refresher training thereafter. Training will cover recognizing indicators of gambling-related harm, conducting sensitive and structured interactions, escalating concerns, applying tools without delay, referring players to support services, keeping complete records, and complying with marketing restrictions.
Consumer Advertising and Marketing
Advertising will not knowingly or deliberately target minors or other vulnerable persons, portray gambling as an investment or solution to personal or financial problems, misrepresent chance as skill, use emotional manipulation, feature minors, contain explicit sexual content, or link gambling with smoking, drugs, alcohol, seduction or enhanced attractiveness. Bonus terms will be clear and will not encourage excessive play. Every advertisement will include a clearly visible Responsible Gaming message. The Company remains responsible for paid materials used by affiliates, representatives,
sponsorships, ambassadors and influencers, and will contractually require those parties to follow this policy. Marketing will be suppressed as required for cooling-off and automatically blocked for self-excluded players.
